Eric leads our energetic team of engineers, designers, and architects in building design, remodels, commercial and industrial projects, renewable energy systems, substations, and powerlines. He is a licensed electrical engineer in several countries including the United States and Canada. Eric prioritizes understanding the goals of every client so we can deliver a successful project. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Shawn has over 10 years of engineering experience primarily in the industrial, utilities, and renewable energy sectors. His expertise includes low & medium voltage distribution design, photovoltaic design & energy analysis, substation design, and power systems analyses. From feasibility through construction, he works with clients to provide high quality, code compliant, cost-effective designs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

In his 40+ years in the industry Glenn has gained experience in every facet of engineering from civil and physical design for electrical substations and switchyards to residential and large scale solar renewable energy. He has designed facilities across the United States as well as abroad in countries such as Egypt, Colombia, and Canada.

Eric is a licensed civil engineer with over 13+ years in the industry. He is adept with utility design and commercial development. His skills include master planning with environmentally friendly design. He has a versatile toolbox that allows him to work within the budget to provide a creative experience for the users while keeping operations and maintenance in mind. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.

Robert brings three decades of experience in civil, structural, and mechanical engineering design to our firm. He is known for satisfying both the design team’s objectives and the client’s needs. He is keen on the multidisciplinary approach to engineering and has been involved in the design and construction of infrastructure for housing, manufacturing, mining, and energy recovery. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology and a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering Technology.

Austin has over 5 years of experience in the engineering industry. He excels at programming protection relays and performs a range of electrical studies, including protective device coordination, arc flash, grounding, and lighting studies. Outside of design work, Austin is active on project sites gathering field data to model existing power systems or testing soil resistivity to analyze the effectiveness of grounding designs. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Prior to joining SES, Jonathan gained field experience as an Electronic and Fire Alarm Technician which jump-started his career designing electrical systems. He specializes in programming protection relays & real-time automation controllers, as well as creating vendor drawing packages for a custom switchgear manufacturer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

Leonard has worked in the field of architecture for nearly a decade. In that time, he has worked on projects at a variety of scales; from small residential additions to large institutional/educational buildings. Throughout his career Leonard has held a variety of positions, from intern architect to project manager. He enjoys solving unique problems using creative solutions and sees existing project constraints as possibilities for inspiration as opposed to impediments. Leonard holds a Master of Architecture with Distinction.
